NEVADA SALES TAX

Nevada customers will automatically be charged sales tax for all purchases. 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. On credit card charges, the billing and credit card address must be the same. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in US Dollar ($) currency. Prices do not include shipping or taxes, if applicable.

SHIPPING

Las Vegas Digital, llc ships most orders via UPS, unless otherwise requested or required. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and UPS zones. Las Vegas Digital is not responsible for carrier errors. You must inspect merchandise upon receipt and report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.

Orders will be processed within one business day of receipt usually shipping the same day. Generally, orders received by 2 pm Pacific Time weekdays will ship same day. Shipping times depend on where the order is being shipped to and the method of shipment selected. We provide tracking information for your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Las Vegas Digital stands behind its products and services. Las Vegas Digital and its vendors warrant the product only and cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage, directly or indirectly associated to the use of our products. All goods should be pre-tested by the purchaser before use to determine their suitability.

If we have made a mistake or an item is defective, please call customer service within 5 days from receipt of order. If no defects, shortages, or exceptions are reported within 5 days from receipt the order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days.

Returns that are not defective, or due to our error will be subject to the following restocking fees:

• 15% on items returned for exchange or credit
• 30% on items returned for credit if:
  • They are not in their original packaging box.
  • Their original packing boxes have been defaced or written on.
  • All accessories and packaging materials are not returned.
• All shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable
• $15.00 Minimum

"Consumable" items such as ink, cleaning supplies, and software cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Exception: We have a 30 day no risk policy for customers trying our inks and cleaning supplies for the first time. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a new ink or supply item you are trying, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with no obligation.

All returns must be shipped back in original packaging and in "like new" condition with all accessories. Items for return must be shipped to Las Vegas Digital insured for full value against loss or damage, using UPS, FEDEX, or other traceable carrier. We cannot accept COD shipments.

BACKORDER POLICY

We do our best to maintain adequate inventory of every item in our catalog. If we are temporarily out of stock of an item, it may be shipped at a later date as available. Back ordered items will not be charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
